Buschhoff Stanztechnik: world class in metal processing

20,000 square meters of production area, automatic punching presses with a press force of 60 to 1,250 tons, 30 welding systems with precise robot technology in spot welding or shielding gas processes: Buschhoff punches, presses and forms sheet metal in thicknesses between 0.5 and 10 millimetres. We process (stainless) steel, aluminium, copper and other materials. We produce from small batches (e.g. Prototypes) up to 50 million parts per year for automotive customers.

Highest standards from the first idea to series production

Even smaller series can be realized with Buschhoff and our powerful laser cutting systems and CNC bending machines. Our machine park of drawing and eccentric presses is available for further operations. If required, we develop special machines and tools together with you. Our processes in production and administration are constantly under scrutiny: For more than ten years we have been certified according to IATF 16949 (formerly: ISO/TS 16949). With this standard, we have been meeting the strict specifications and highest demands of the automotive industry for over 20 years. Our customers from other industries also benefit from this comprehensive experience in the field of quality management. You can download our current certificate here.
